Shipping policy
Parts & Accessories: Free ground shipping on orders of $100 or more. Under $100, flat rate $10. Oversized items ship for $50. Orders typically leave the shop within 1–2 business days. Alaska & Hawaii: No oversized item shipping and parts & accessories ship at the $10 flat rate (free shipping doesn’t apply).
Bikes & Framesets: Pack-and-ship is $299 for bikes and $99 for framesets. We only pack and ship bikes and frames with their initial purchase, not as a general service. Bikes & framesets ship within the contiguous U.S. only - No Alaska or Hawaii.
Current Bike Shipping Deal: In-stock, prebuilt bikes ship free at $1,999 and up, $99 under $1,999. Floor bikes only.
Pickup At Store: Every order can be picked up at the shop in Scandia to avoid shipping fees — we’ll email you when it’s ready.
Other Shipping Notes:
- Minnesota orders over $100 include the state’s 50¢ retail delivery fee at checkout.
- State apparel laws (PFAS) keep some clothing from shipping to CA, NY, ME, and VT — checkout won’t offer shipping on those items there.
- We ship within the 50 U.S. states only — no territories, APO/FPO, or international shipping.
