Refund policy
What we accept: Most new, unused, unopened items can be returned within 14 days with your receipt or order number — except the (final sale) items below.
- Shelf items — things we stock in the store: full refund.
- Warehouse items — anything marked “Ships straight from the warehouse” on the product page: refund minus a 10% restocking fee.
What we don’t accept (final sale):
- Installed, used, opened, or missing original tags or packaging (shoes once cleats are mounted)
- Other special orders — items we bring in just for you and confirm as special order when you order them
- Bikes, framesets, wheels, suspension forks and shocks
- Trainers, bike mounted racks, car racks, and trailers
- E-bike batteries
- Items marked Closeout on the product page (30% off or more)
- Gift cards
How to return: Bring the item to the shop, or ship it to us within 14 days using UPS Ground or US Mail (no C.O.D. — return shipping is your responsibility). Questions? Email sales@maklinbikeshop.com.
