Returns

We want you riding gear that works for you. If something isn’t right, bring it back or send it back within 14 days — unused, in its original packaging, with your receipt or order confirmation — and we’ll refund your original payment method. Apparel must not be worn or laundered, and its original tags must be attached for us to accept a return.

A few things we can’t take back

Installed or used parts, opened consumables (sealant, lube, wax, nutrition), and special-order items are final sale. (A special order item is an item that is NOT in stock in the store and is listed as in stock at the warehouse. Please call if you have any questions on this, prior to making your order)

How to return something

In person is easiest — bring it by the shop during open hours. Shipping it back? Email sales@maklinbikeshop.com first so we know it’s coming; return shipping is on you unless we sent the wrong item.
